Can anybody say who is doing and what purpose? Trollbots - dozens of them. The gibberish answers appear to be an effort to "level up." Everybody who takes the time to report the answers does us all a favor. If you look at the questions in the profiles of each, you will see a bunch of Chinese characters.
Copying and pasting them into Google Translate confirms they are Chinese, with a weird rant that may turn into spam farther down. Why they exist is a mystery.
